The schools in the Rose Learning Trust are all unique. Through their own character, catchment, community and ethos, they embody something that we cherish in our Trust; diversity.
We are all committed to working smarter together collectively and sharing the Visions & Values of our Trust, whilst maintaining the autonomy, culture and ethos of our individual establishments.
We want to bring individual primary schools together, offering a local solution to our school communities. Our schools have no more than 30 minutes travel time between them, to ensure that we can join staff and pupils together when needed, to promote our Trust collaborative.
We are happy to acknowledge a special partnership with Leeds Carnegie School of Education and Hill House Independent School who we work with closely in developing our Trust Excellence Plan, alongside offering our pupils life changing opportunities.
At Balby Central we pride ourselves on our strong inclusive ethos and rich cultural diversity which celebrates each child’s uniqueness and individuality. Our approach is driven by high expectations of learning and behaviour as we encourage all children ‘to be the best they can be’.
